Terms of service

The service

AIByTask provides an independent interface to image-generation services. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by their model providers. Exterior results are concept images for inspiration; they are not architectural plans, engineering advice or guarantees of buildability.

Accounts and credits

Sign in with your own Google account. First-time users receive 20 one-time welcome credits. The credit cost is displayed before submission. Credits are reserved while a request runs, used when a result is saved, and returned if it fails. If a task times out while you are away, the balance is reconciled the next time your account or task is loaded.

Your content

You retain your rights in uploaded photos and authorize us to store and process them to provide the requested service. You are responsible for having the necessary permissions. AI results may contain errors or resemble other results; inspect them before use.

Acceptable use

NSFW, explicit, sexually suggestive and harmful content generation is prohibited. Our acceptable use policy applies to every submission. We may limit requests or suspend misuse.

Purchases and shared credits

Our published one-time credit packages are $5 USD for 500 credits, $20 for 2,400 credits (2,000 + 400 bonus), $50 for 6,500 credits (5,000 + 1,500 bonus), and $100 for 14,000 credits (10,000 + 4,000 bonus). There is no subscription or automatic renewal. Real purchases are not open yet. Applicable taxes and the final total will be shown before payment when checkout opens.

Credits belong to the purchasing Google account and can be used across available AIByTask tools. Exterior design is currently available; additional planned tools are not a promise of availability. Each tool shows its credit cost before submission. Costs may change for future requests. Credits cannot be transferred, resold or redeemed for cash; eligible purchase refunds are described below.

Sandbox checkouts are labeled Test, do not charge real money and never add spendable credits. Free welcome credits have no purchase price and are not eligible for monetary refunds.

Refund policy

When paid purchases open, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if none of the credits in that package have been used. Credits from a refunded package will be removed from your account.

Packages that have been partly or fully used are not eligible for this unused-package refund. If there is a duplicate charge, missing credits or a technical failure, contact us so we can investigate and provide the appropriate correction or refund. Failed or expired generation jobs return reserved credits; this is a credit adjustment, not a cash refund. AI results can vary, and a completed concept may not match every preference.

To request a refund, email support@aibytask.com with your order number, purchase email and a description of the issue. Do not send card numbers or identity documents. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; bank processing times vary. We aim to respond within 3 business days.

This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights, including rights to remedies for services not provided as required by law.

Availability and contact

The service is in testing and may be unavailable or change. We do not guarantee that a concept matches every instruction. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that apply under mandatory consumer law. Contact us for account, privacy or result issues.
